Important! For iPhone and iPod touch users running iOS 4: The iOS 4.0.1 update is required to synchronize a Cortado Exchange Account via ActiveSync with an iPhone or iPod touch running iOS 4. If you have already installed Apple’s patch for improved exchange synchronization, please delete this following the installation of the update. iPhone and iPod touch with firmware prior to 4.0, and all iPad users can use ActiveSync synchronization without any restrictions.
